Dr Staples immediately made me and my partner relaxed. She listened to what we had to say and answered our questions. She gave us constructive feedback with my current health situation speaking in laymens terms to ensure we understood what she was saying. It was so reassuring because we were able to understand my current situation. Dr Staples took the necessary action to help stop an on going problem I had for a while. If she could not deal with my problem she assured me she would speak to a specialist who could.. Finally I left my consultation understanding my situation. Dr Emily Staples was most polite and pleasant and attentive. She took time to explain the medical issue and why there was concern. She explained the concerns related to my immune stats and related that back to my actual general well being so that I had a balanced view of the theoretical and real life issues/risks. She gave a balanced response to my questions around why, what and how that enabled me to better understand. I also received a good explanation of what happens next and why.
